All seems calm in Crail

All does seem quiet in Crail just now.
Mum has been advised not to drive (a blessing!) and is slowly understanding this. The DVLA should be in touch soon to say they have received this information.

Dad is getting a little stronger and it still coming to terms with Mum's rapid decline.
They are both heading to Susie and John's for Christmas and Dad is very excited about it. Some company!

Hi Katy,

Just read your December blog. I have just surfaced from the flu, chest infection, cough, etc etc which arrived 24 hours after I landed from Kathmandu! Think I should have drunk more yak butter tea. I spoke to Allan on Tuesday and he was the most 'up' I have heard in a long time. Good news that the blood problem can be solved if not cured by a couple of pints of full cream blood from time to time.

Hope all is well with you two.

Have a cool yule and I will call in the New Year.
